Hugh Winston joined the GIC team as an Analyst/Programmer in 2023, bringing experience in software development, data management, and coding projects. With a keen focus on enhancing efficiency and accuracy, Hugh supports the GIC by leveraging his skills to develop innovative solutions and maintain the integrity of the software systems.
